  • 1 kg potatoes from the day before, coarsely grated
  • 1 ½ tsp salt
  • Clarified butter
  • Apple cider vinegar
  • 12 slices of smoked meat
  • 500 g KIKU apples
  • 4 slices of mountain cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • Some chives


Salt the potatoes. Heat a little clarified butter on the grill ball plate. Place the potatoes on top and fry for approx. 5 minutes, turning occasionally. Shape the rösti into a round cake and continue frying until a golden crust has formed. Drizzle the rösti with a little apple cider vinegar.
Now place the slices of smoked meat on top and spread the KIKU apple slices evenly. Place the cheese on top, place a burger cap on top and allow the cheese to melt. Finish with a fried egg on top and sprinkle with chives!
