The perfect apple

KIKU apple carpaccio


Kiku apples straight from the fridge (at approx. 15° C)
sugar
KIKU grappa
Preparation:
Clean the apples. Cut them into thin slices.
Arrange on a dish, cover with a small amount of sugar.
Add the KIKU grappa, to cover the sugared apples.
Wait for a few moments, and savour.
NB
Do not drive after a large helping!
