In our minds the best apples are red. And they taste like KIKU - fresh, firm, juicy and sweet. KIKU apples stand out from the crowd: they look good and have a striped, ruby-red colouring over a large amount of the fruit. These features all have a positive effect on your senses as you enjoy a KIKU apple.

Preparation:
Peel and clean the apples. Dice them.
Put the diced apples, the stick of vanilla, the cinnamon and the sugar into a pan. Let them cook for approx. 30 minutes.
Add the chopped pistachios.
Place the entire contents into glass jars and seal well.
Store in a cool place.
