KIKU awarded under standing ovations Simone Biondini, member of the Italian staff, with the „Fair Play Award", after a very appreciated sportive story: in 2010, during a relay, the bielorussian Novikov, followed by Italian team, broke his stick. Simone, nevertheless, gave his one immediately to Novikov, enabling him to continue fighting for the 3rd place. This story brought Simone to the attention of world press, and made him famous. Jürgen and Luis Braun gave Simone not only the award, but a special award in form of a fresh crunchy KIKU®.
