Fuji KIKU®Brak(S)

Kiku : Very exotic, sweet taste, attractive ruby-red colour, crunchy and firm flesh, very juicy, late harvest in spring, like Braeburn


Delbarestivale

Delbarestivale : Mild-acid, crunchy, nice aromatic and fresh taste. One of the best early apples.


Elstar

Elstar : sweet-acid and aromatic taste. Bred in Holland, 'Golden Delicious' x 'Ingrid Marie'.


Cox Orange

Cox Orange : Aromatic, sweet apple with fine acidity, orange-like; unique taste. Chance seedling found in England; probably the mother variety is 'Ribston Pepping'.


Gaia

Gala : Sweet and aromatic taste, fine taste. Hybrid of 'Kidds Orange Red' x 'Golden Delicious', from New Zealand.


Boskoop

Boskoop : acid apple, fresh taste. Classis cooking apple. Chance seedling found in Holland.


Jonagold

Jonagold : long aroma, sweet-acid taste, juicy, good balance sugar-acidity. Bred in the USA, 'Golden Delicious' x 'Jonathan'.


Golden Delicious

Golden Delicious : sweet-aromatic taste with fine fruit sugar. Chance seedling found in the USA, probably the parents are 'Grimes Golden' x 'Golden


Idared

Idared : Sweet taste with some acidity, decent aroma. Apple for diabetics. Bred in the USA, out of the next generation of 'Jonathan' x 'Wagenerapfel'.


Braeburn

Braeburn : Sweet-acid taste, very firm flesh. Origin: New Zealand.
